Core Strength: a class concentrated on creating a dynamic connecting posture. Moving gracefully through positions that develop flexibility and strength in tendons and hard tissue. Focus on following movement through with breath generates heat in the body allowing for intensified circulation and warming of the muscles. Professional Development: a college preparatory class that focuses on studying dance at the college level, preparing for auditions and life in the world of a professional dancer. Salsa: the Latin lively, rhythmic dance style involving personal and partner dance steps. Great for learning new and exciting social dance skills. Stretch and Flexibility: a release class concentrating on lengthening and increasing range of motion in muscles and joints. Useful in recovery or strengthening of previous injuries and weak muscles. West African: Understanding cultural diversity through learning traditional West African movements. A high energy aerobic work-out complimented by unique drum rhythms.
